Rayto Hematology Analyzer Reagents
Rayto hematology reagents are used with Rayto hematology analyzers for blood cell counting, sizing, and differentiation, including hemoglobin determination. These reagents include diluents, lyse solutions, and cleaning solutions, and are designed for Rayto RT-7600, RT-7300, RT-7200, Hemaray 83, Hemaray 86.

Preparation
Reagent is ready to use.
Procedure
1. Remove all the reagent aspiration tubes from the currently used reagent boxes or bottles.
2. Wipe the tube's surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
3. Put the tubes into the Dewei reagent boxes or bottles.
4. Run at least 5 backgrounds. Check for the acceptable values. At first high background counts can be seen, that should lower to normal after a few runs.
5. Run all three levels of a dedicated commercial control. Check for the acceptable values.
6. Recalibrate the unit if necessary.
Storage
Store the product at 2-35ºC in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.
The open vial life of the product is 60 days (according to the table above). Unused reagents should be discarded after period of validity. Do not mix residual with a new carton.
